It was an accident to have it listed as 70's instead of 90's, and if it had been intentional there wouldn't be a picture of the tag for anyone to see. When I researched this item I listed it as the price from only 1 other that I found like it, at the same price. If you can get it for the price you stated, I suggest you grab it up. Thanks

It could be why this item is still on here, maybe other pokemon fans realized as well. That and the fact that if you go on ebay you can get this dragon for $52.
