Mid-century decorative ceramic divided dish by JAMESON'S CAPISTRANO pottery of California, known for their retro designs and becoming highly collectable. This interesting retro piece from the 1950's was made as an ashtray but could have many uses or even none at all being just as lovely displayed on a coffee/cocktail table. The unusual design of it's two heart shaped leaves together is a definite conversation starter, as well as the pink and beige coloring inside and the color black on the outside. It measures approximately 8.25" across and is about 1.5" deep. There is some minor paint wear on one end of the dish (see pic), but overall the piece is in wonderful condition, no other chips, cracks, or crazing.
