Check or Money Order only made out to R. Cohen, not CHICKWEEDCACHE. Will receive an email upon receipt of payment, and a second one upon your payment clearing the bank which means your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs of clearing bank.

SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship your purchase within 48 hours of cleared payment.
We pack well to insure we do everything to protect your purchase during its travel to your home. Since we believe in recycling, at times we may use clean, undamaged boxes for shipping.
Recommend that you purchase insurance for items that are more delicate. Not responsible for breakage during shipment.
In order to determine the correct shipping costs, please contact us with your destination' s exact zip code for US and postal code for international purchases. We try to help you contain shipping costs, so make sure you contact us prior to purchase for the best method. Sometimes you may want it rush delivery so let us know before you purchase the item.
We do ship internationally. Just email us for shipping quote.

REFUND POLICY
Contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of your purchase, if there is a concern with your purchase. We will not be able to honor any concerns after that time period. We want you to have a great shopping experience, so please familiarize yourself with our shop's philosophy and practice before purchasing. Keep in mind that all items listed in my store are vintage or antique items and may show signs of gentle wear. Also some imperfections and manufacturing flaws can be expected, but will be noted. Any chips, cracks, crazing, repairs, or serious defects have been noted either in my description or have been photographed for you to see.
Shipping costs, and Retrophoria selling fees, are not refundable, if we deem that a refund is warranted.
