This cook book was published by the Culinary Arts Institute of Chicago, IL in 1941. The book has recipes for the preparation all sorts of sandwiches This cook book will be a great addition to a collector's library of cook books, in addition to being a handy tool/resource for someone that wants to entertain a lot. As there is no mention of an earlier publishing or printing, this is presumably a First Edition. Any home cook or collector of cookbooks will probably want this for their library!
This recipe book is in very good condition, and I found the expected amount of shelfwear. I also found no marks or notations made by a previous owner. The book is approximately 8 3/4" in height and 6" in width and there are 48 numbered pages.
