This 1946 instructional booklet with recipes was most likely packed with every new Hotpoint Home Chest Freezer. I would imagine that the preparation methods for freezing vegetables, fruit, meats, poultry, fish and shellfish in this booklet are still valid today.This booklet will probably be appreciated by anyone currently or previously employed by Hotpoint, anyone that sells or has sold freezers, as well as those that collect cookbooks and recipe books.
This instructional booklet is in fair condition. It is a softcover booklet, and the front and rear covers have separated from the stapled spine. The stapled spine is still tight, and I found no marks or entries made by the previous owners. It is approximately 9" in height and 6" in width, and there are 32 numbered pages.
