OK Treasures is a venture of passion, after being forced to retire due to health issues. OK Treasures maintains what little sanity I have left.
I am not an expert, but I do research/investigate each item listed on my site. I provide all the information I have on the items and provide to the best of my knowledge an honest listing.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expected at time of sale.
I accept payments by:
Paypal
Money Orders/Personal Checks: Purchase will ship after receipt and successful cashing of payment. A tracking # will be provided when item ships.
Lay Away Plan: Items may be put in lay away if purchase price is at least $50.00. 15% deposit holds the item. The balance must be paid out in equal monthly installments for the next 4 months. If installments are not made, the item is returned to inventory and the 15% deposit is forfeited. (I understand unexpected things can occur. Should there be a problem meeting the monthly payment please let me know. I am willing to work with anyone who is making an honest effort to pay)
SHIPPING POLICY
Items paid for immediately by PayPal will be shipped within 1 business day. Small items weighing less than a pound will be shipped USPS 1st Class Mail. Items weighing more than a pound will be shipped USPS Priority 1-3 day mail or USPS Parcel Select Ground - which ever is cheaper.
REFUND POLICY
I will refund if customer is dissatisfied with the purchase, but return shipping is at buyers expense. Refund will be processed when the returned item is received in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Items damaged by shipping carrier requires photos of shipping container; protective material/wrap (i.e. foam or bubble wrap, peanuts etc.); and several views of the damaged item be emailed ( ravensnestsp@gmail.com) to the seller (these items are required for insurance claim submission). Refund will be processed when these items are received by seller.
