This lovely cotton Peasant Style Day Dress was handmade in the late 1940s. The dress has a print of paisley, solid red, red and white gingham, white daisies, and a thin bottom layer of red with white polka dot fabric. Colors are RED, NAVY BLUE, and WHITE. It is has cap sleeves with elastic, (you can wear it off the shoulders if so desired) an elasticized waist and neckline. Full skirt, though not a circle skirt. One hip pocket. Shown with a crinoline that is not included. Comes with a matching belt that is solid RED on one side, and paisley print on the other. The dress is designed to slip over the head with no other fasteners. Please take note of measurements to assure a good fit.

The dress is from a local estate and appears to have never been worn. It is crisp, colors are bright and there are no stains, tears or issues. This garment is in remarkably good condition for it's age. Please remember that this IS a vintage item. We only sell the best pieces that we can find.

There are NO tears, stains, holes or fading. Dress has been laundered. We have also treated the dress with Febreeze and a lint roller. Over all, great condition.
