At Penny Lane Treasures we hate to see perfectly good items go to a landfill.
I try to keep my carbon footprint to a minimal in my everyday life. By Re-Using, Re-Purposing, and Re-Loving vintage items. Like using an old metal milk crate to store kindling for my fireplace. Or buying antique furniture, instead of brand new. Besides it's usually built better.
Not only is recycling better for the environment, it's also better for YOU. We need to get away from so much use of plastics. But it's not enough just to recycle your junk. We need to quit using plastics as much as possible. Many times it's difficult to do and sometimes it's just plain unavoidable.
But, I NEVER microwave in plastic!
I started collecting PYREX and other assorted glassware and ceramics many years ago. Old Hall and Fiesta pottery and PYREX and Hazel Atlas glassware. These are the things that I grew up with. I use these items in my everyday life. I also really enjoy the hunt for new (old) treasures. Now I can Have My Cake and Eat It Too!!!! It's a Win-Win!!!!
I do not use original Fiestaware on a regular basis because of it's high lead content. They are mostly for show and the occasional holiday feast.

I will send you a note that I've received your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Items are shipped USPS, First Class, Flat Rate, Priority or Media Mail and include insurance and tracking, within 3-5 days of purchase, unless otherwise negotiated BEFORE hand.
SHIPPING SUPPLIES:
Are clean used supplies including packing material and boxes. Excess shipping over $2.00 will be refunded.
I also combine shipping, so if you want 2 items or more-EMAIL me before hand for an adjusted shipping rate.
I ship the least expensive way possible in order to save on your shipping costs. If you need expedited or need your item by a certain date please email me before hand and I will quote for upgraded shipping.
SHIPPING TIMES:
While packages usually arrive much more quickly, I generally give the USPS, 2 weeks for Domestic deliveries & 4-5 weeks for International.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. The USPS can be a fickle entity.
Remember shipping around the Holidays can be unpredictable. Be prepared!

Returns and exchange details

I will accept returns for a few reasons if I am contacted within 3 days of receipt and you return your item with 7 days after Return Authorization is given. If I have made a blaring mistake on the listing or if the item is damaged in anyway that is not listed in the listing details, these are the ONLY circumstances that I will accept returns. ALL RETURNS have to have Authorization before being returned. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
