Amazing antique Chinese Mandarin enameled sterling silver reposse' bead and coral bead necklace with fancy twist clasp. This is absolutely gorgeous in hand with beautifully worked silver reposse acorn or ribbed squash beads. We have tested this and it is sterling silver. The coral beads are gorgeous and the cobalt blue enamel is really fabulous, especially on the double teared floral bead caps. There is some enamel loss consistent with an item of this age. Measures 19 1/2 inches in length, the reposse' beads are about 12.5 mm thick however due to how tightly these are strung, cannot tell the length but think probably around 14 - 15 mm. Excellent condition overall despite the enamel loss and looks amazing on.
