A limited number of these, "Large, Moose Pitchers" are still available and as they decrease in numbers, their value steadily rises. Production at the Royal Bayreuth factory in Germany, was stopped on the Large, Moose, Milk Pitcher in, 1915 and all the Pitchers produced during this final year, bore the "Royal Bayreuth/Bavaria" - Makers Mark in overtone black, such as this one does.
Large enough to hold a full pint of liquid, it stands.. 63/4" Tall X 9" Long X 51/2" Wide, has a large grip handle and employs the mouth of the Moose, to dispense the liquid.
There are no readable numbers and there is some minor area's, of damage....Please Note*** in the photo's..... that the tip of 3 antlers are missing, 2 up front & 1 in the back, these having been broken off and subsequently lost.
Beside this, there are no other issues, the color is intact and vibrant, with out fading, chipping or flaking, nor are there any cracks or other blemishes.
