Vintage 50s Black Dress Bead Trim

This elegant fifties cocktail dress is solid black with jet black beading around the collar and arms and also in the back.

The crepe dress is by Elissa of California. The sleeveless dress is fully lined in black satin acetate. It has a long metal zipper in back.

The beading has flowers and leaves made of bugle beads accented by a row of round beads on the outside and inside of the borders. The dress has a deep V in the back and a cute knotted bow on the left side at the waist.

The measurements are 35" bust, 26" waist, 37" hips. The length is 41". The dress is in very good condition. There is slight discoloration in the satin lining inside at the arms but it is not visible when the dress is worn.

Perfect little black dress - reminds me of styles worn by Audrey Hepburn.
