Vintage 70s Sterling Topaz Heart Pendant Necklace

This vintage necklace has a blue topaz heart prong set in a basket setting. The heart has a tiny crystal or cubic zirconia at the top.  The pendant is marked 925. The delicate twisted rope chain has a spring ring clasp & chain measures 18" long.

Pendant is 1/2" tall & 1/2" wide.  Necklace is in very good condition.  It would make a nice gift.
