War Era Pink Glass Salad Plate

I think the pictures show the beauty of this lovely salad plate. Or maybe it's a small platter. It has a center of one texture while the outer portion is a subdued crisscross pattern. It has handles with cutouts and is just in beautiful shape. Have had it for over 40 years. I inherited it so I am going to put it in the 1940s. If anyone can identify it earlier, please let me know.
