Vintage 30s Art Deco Wrist Compact by Volupte

This vintage 30s Art Deco Volupte compact is silver tone metal with red enamel.

The compact is marked Volupte on the back. It opens with the push of a button on the front.  The compact opens with a mirror on one side & powder compartment on the other. The compact was popular with flappers to carry on their wrist.

The compact measures 1 1/2" wide and 2" tall. It is in good shape. Original chain is missing but it  has the rings on each side so a chain could easily be attached.  Few tiny age marks on mirror at bottom and minor wear to outside appropriate for age.

Nice compact to add to a collection.
