Absolutely beautifully hand applied glittering sequins are outlined with black sequins to form a lovely patteren that begin at the padded shoulders and reach almost to your elbows. The silk shell is quite sheer and is fully lined with a black polyester. Zips up for a wiggle fit and has two hook and eyes at top of the back.
