Antique Primary School Certificate With Original Wooden Frame, 1894 France

It's a rare French Primary School Certificate from Academie De Grenoble 1894, France.
The document is in the original wooden frame in golden color. The documents is signed with hand written

It's an amazing, very elegeant decorative object.

Both document and frame are in good condition with some cosmetic wear due to age.
I bought it from an antiqe shop and frame has no glass so I put a non-reflect glass in front of the frame for the protect to document.
