Marching or Baton Twirler Hat and Ostrich Plume -1950s - from DustyMillerAntiques

The hat is a vintage marching band / baton twirler hat from the 1950's. It is sized 6 1/4 (20.25" circumference; 51.4 cm). The hat is made of faux mother of pearl with a black vinyl top, bill and chin strap. The hat has a gold brass sunburst medallion, brass shield clips (for holding the orange braid decoration) and brass buttons attaching the chin strap. The orange plume is made of ostrich feathers. A fun hat to add to your collection or for costuming - drama or Halloween!

The hat is in very good condition: the head fitting inserts are slightly warped. Otherwise, no soiled, broken, missing or repaired parts. It is odor free. Satisfaction guaranteed.
