This novelty pencil sharpener is an "Old-Fashioned Balance Scale" was manufactured by Play/Me in Spain during the 1970s. It is made of bronze-colored diecast metal and actually will balance. The sharpener measures 2 1/8" w x 1.75" d x 2.5" h. A fun collectible for a child or the whole family!
