This it is in its original factory box and box is sealed and was never opened but the factory box is not in the best condition. Everything inside the factory box should still be in excellent condition except the for all the stickers and the ink stamps in this playset will more than likely be no good because of its age. Some stickers could still be good because this item was in a climate controlled area for many years. Very rare item to find still sealed with the factory box never opened. Contents inside the sealed factory box: 4 wall panels, sign, 4 shelves, 2 hanging poles, 2 shirt hangers, 2 stands with 2 shelves and a "rack" each, work with storage areas & t-shirt stamper, 2 stamps, 2 ink pads (pink & purple), 2 stamp holders, 2 plain t-shirts, 15 large stickers, 60 small stickers, 30 blank stickers, 2 visors, and 12 pretend paint containers.
