Still an option mid-century were decorative objects for the coffeetable or side table. Many people still smoked cigarettes and decorative ashtrays were in vogue. This set of nesting, heavy glass radial-line ashtrays has a distinct mid-century look--they are so intricate that one can barely discern the cigarette rests incorporated into the rims. The smaller 3" fits neatly into the 4" as a stack. My suggestion (if you or your guests do not smoke) is wonderful tiny plant saucers, lovely in a windowsill or on a table top....or maybe a jewelry saucer, or a plate for a soap stack. The glass is clear and unstained. No chips nor are there cracks. Carefully packaged to ship.
