SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping department (that's me!) is dedicated in processing your order as quickly, efficiently and accurately as possible. All orders are processed once received and packaged with care. During the busy holiday season (think Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), turn around time may take an additional 5 - 7 days so keep that in mind when ordering.

Want to pay less for shipping? Or need it even faster? Please contact us prior to purchase with address and zip code and we'll gladly let you know what else is available.

International Shipping:

We ship to Canada, Japan, Australia and Europe. If no shipping rate is shown on listing page, please contact us prior to purchase with your address and we'll forward you a quote/estimate. Once item is packaged and it requires additional postage, you will be emailed a 'Payment Request' invoice via Paypal for balance. Item will only ship upon full payment of postage fees.

Just an FYI, in my 17 years of shipping internationally, I have only experienced 1 lost international package in May of 2010.

International buyer agrees to take responsibility for any tariffs, duties/GST, legal issues involved in purchase/delivery. We have no knowledge of the actual duty fees enforced by your country. Customs delay may occur and unfortunately, we have no control over this. Due to this, please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for international delivery.

REFUND POLICY
Vintage items are described as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability. I pick treasures that I'd proudly display in my own home and due to their age, they will have signs of light wear/use consistent with age. Since these trinkets vary widely it is impossible to be an expert in every field.

Used/vintage/antique items are sold AS IS so please feel free to message me and ask questions before purchase. Pictures serve as part of the items description and show items condition. If a stain or dirt is not mentioned yet visible in the photos, this is considered 'AS IS' condition and is part of the description. Messages are answered as quickly as possible, usually no longer than 24 hours.

Refunds will only be given to items that have been damaged in transport or are grossly different than described.


Damages:

Please check your package as soon as it arrives to verify all is well. If something does get damaged in transit as a result of shipping, contact me immediately via email or Convo through Etsy. I will need to see the damaged item before claim can be started via pictures sent through email or returning said item.

Please save the box and all packaging supplies which include peanuts, bubblewrap, etc. for claim inspection. A claim will be filed right away. At times, the claims examiner may need to see how the item was packaged and if packaging material is not present, the claim will be denied and seller will not issue a refund. Once claim is approved, the buyer will be refunded. Depending on item and/or damage sustained, the item may need to be shipped back to seller before the claim can be processed, this is all up to the shipping carrier used.

Insurance is strongly suggested for International shipments. If insurance is not purchased and item is damaged or lost in transit, a claim will be filed with the USPS. This process cannot be started until after the package is in transit for 30 business days. A refund will be given when the claim is approved by the Post Office, not before.

Unfortunately, AGoGoVintage cannot guarantee the approval and/or time frame of any claim.


Lost Packages:

If the unfortunate does happen and a package goes missing an investigation will be initiated. Depending on the carrier, service used and situation, it may make more sense for the destination address to start the claim process. Refunds will only be issued once claim is approved by carrier.
