Please note that my items are vintage, and although I have done the best I can in describing the condition, there may be minor imperfections. These items have had a life, often several, before they came to me. I love this about them and encourage you to use them in your daily life. That being said, if you have specific inquiries about condition, please enquire with me and I will do the best I can to answer your questions. I make a serious effort to make sure my pictures reflect the condition of my items, so please refer to them carefully.
If you're purchasing a Black Cat's Vintage Vices item as a gift, special packaging and a hand written note can be included. Please use the "contact the seller" link at the bottom of the page to inform us of the occasion, shipping address, and personal message to be included in the package or for other special requests.
PAYMENT POLICY
Black Cat's Vintage Vices accepts payments through PayPal and Square Cash. Packages will not be sent until payment has been received.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact me within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise I will assume you have committed to purchasing the item(s) and will not be able to cancel your order. Once an item has shipped, I will not be able to accept cancellation.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
SHIPPING POLICY
All packages will be sent via USPS. If you need expedited, or international shipping, please contact me for a quote before purchasing. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
Items are sent via priority mail, unless noted. Please notify the me prior to making the purchase, if another method is preferred.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment.
If I am responsible for a shipping delay or other mistake, I will generally let you know and offer some sort of appeasement. I am generally very prompt with my shipping but occasionally life throws something unexpected my way and if this happens, i will be more than happy to make it up to you.
REFUND POLICY
I'm sorry but at this time Black Cat's Vintage Vices cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please shop mindfully. If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please let me know so that we can work together towards a resolution.
If an item has been damaged during shipping, you will need to provide me with pictures of the damage in order to receive a refund so that I may file an insurance claim. Upon receipt of the pictures, I will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
