Welcome to JAPPALACHIA. As a Jewish woman growing up in the hills of Appalachia, I was fortunate to have a very unconventional life. I've been a collector, picker and treasure hunter most of my adult life. I sell some Judaica, but my passion is vintage paper back books, clothing and linens. I've amassed quite the collection and am glad I formed no emotional attachment to my treasures. My 84 year old Mother says I'm one book and an old embroidered pillowcase from being a hoarder. I've tried other venues for selling. There was just something about this particular site that piqued my interest. So, again, welcome. I'll do whatever it takes to make our transactions smooth and to have you return again and again to see what I've found next. I welcome all comments and questions.
