Interac e-Transfer is available for our Canadian customers. Local pickup available. Buyers please advise seller of pending purchases (auctions/offers) not yet complete. Wait for invoice when making multiple purchases, the shipping calculator may overcharge buyers of more than one item.

Even items with free shipping or flat rate shipping can earn a discount when more than one item is purchased. Wait for invoice when making multiple purchases, the shipping calculator may overcharge buyers of more than one item.

Shipments within Canada and the continental U.S. generally ship ground via Canada Post although FedEx Ground may be used when less expensive. Express or overnight shipping is always available on request.

If the shipping calculator is showing a charge that seems high feel free to ask for a location specific rate quote. We do not mark up shipping charges, the buyer only pays what we pay, and we pass on any discounts that are received. For those who use instant payment we will refund any shipping charge overpayment in excess of $1.00.

REFUND POLICY
Most items are returnable within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. Multiple piece items like thread lots or building blocks and books/magazines are not returnable.

Items shipped as new, with original wrapping must be returned with wrapping and all packaging intact. All other items must be returned in same condition as shipped.
