PAYMENT POLICY
Please note that all prices are in U.S. Dollars. Shipping, insurance and handling are not included.
After you submit your order, you will receive an email invoice for the amount payable. If there are extra shipping, insurance or other charges for your order, we will let you know the total amount when the order is confirmed. The invoice will provide all details on how you can go about making payment processed through PayPal.
You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to use your credit or debit card! We have been using their service for online payments since 2000 without problems.
There is no extra fee for you to use PayPal -- it's paid by the seller! Plus, your eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Purchase Protection.
Your financial information is never shared with the seller and is encrypted to keep your online transactions guarded from start to finish.
We promise to ship your order within three days of your payment -- although most leave here within no more than one day.
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless you request otherwise, we use the U.S. Postal Service.
Books will be sent via Media Mail unless you have another preference. (Media Mail is not available for most other items.)
Lightweight items (less than 1 pound) will be sent via USPS First Class Package.
Most other purchases will be sent via Priority Mail.
If you have a shipping preference, please be sure to indicate that on the order form. In all cases, when you don't specify a shipping method, we will send your purchase by the most expedient, least expensive method.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are happy to ship to most countries. Unless you request otherwise, we will ship your purchase by USPS Priority Mail International. An additional charge will be made for insurance coverage on packages. CUSTOMS###
REFUND POLICY
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item. When we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund if it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you, excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. You are also responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. We want you to be satisfied with the transaction and will do all we can to make that happen!
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us for procedures to follow. All contents and original packing material must be saved if we are to file a claim. Do NOT send the damaged items back to us and do NOT take it to your local post office!
