Cake or Pie Server, Dessert Serving Utensil. White/light beige porcelain kitchen tool. Decorated with plum-colored pansy and gold five-petal flowers. Ornate old fashioned bobbin style handle with concave pointed tip crown. 3" wide deeply sloped (1 7/8') plane - good for pies, bar cookies, layer cakes. Vintage l1970's Vernco serving utensil. 11 3/4" l x 3" w. 5" long spatula. Porcelain has crazing throughout adding to its early 20th-century farmhouse style. Crazing is under the glaze - there are no chips or paint flakes I recommend handwashing this utensil, avoiding the extreme heat of the dishwasher which will exacerbate the condition. Vintage kitchen tool with cottage, shabby mix/match appeal.
