Beautiful objects, crafted or manufactured, vintage or antique, perfect or flawed, delight me. My joy is enhanced when a treasure I have obtained and put to good use, or a lovely silver platter, or piece of vintage jewelry, I have found just for this store finds a new home. Your order will be shipped the most cost-effective way that ensures the safe and timely delivery of your purchase from Arizona to the USA and international locations. USPS First Class International is available on most items weighing four pounds or less. Contact seller prior to ordering to see if other shipping options are available.


Customs fees are determined by the government of the country receiving the product and are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller holds no responsibility for government charges or fees assessed by third party carriers once the item has left the United States. No refund or credit will be given on international orders for charges incurred by the buyer to obtain the parcel from customs or carriers. The seller will not state the item is a gift or misrepresent the value of the item to help buyers avoid customs charges. Items returned to the seller with customs fees unpaid by the buyer will not be refunded in part or whole.

Should an item be lost or damaged in transit, the buyer agrees to cooperate with the seller and carrier to locate the item or resolve the damage issue. Seller may request photographs of damage prior to determining whether or not to issue a refund or pursue an insurance claim.

Carrier tracking serves as the record of delivery. The seller is not responsible for any item once delivered. Items reported to the seller as not received when tracking shows delivered may be treated by the seller as attempted mail fraud and reported as such.

REFUND POLICY
Vintage items will have normal wear and tear from age and use I will do my best to accurately and fairly convey the quality and condition of the items I list for sale. Sizes are approximate, rounded to the nearest 1/4 inch. Please use the 'Contact Us" form for any questions or concerns.
Contact A Vintage Addiction by E-mail IMMEDIATELY if an item is damaged during shipping. on how to proceed with shipping claim, return or refund. In the rare event of damage or error, do not discard any packaging or labels until we agree that a carrier claim is warranted or another form of correction can be used to ensure buyer satisfaction.

Although we strive for perfection with every order, on occasion, mistakes happen. Please contact us and we will do all we can to correct the problem and get you the merchandise you ordered. The buyer is protected by Paypal Buyer Protection and any other assurances provided by their credit card provider. The seller never has access to your credit card number of personal information.

Items returned to the seller return to the sender, refused, not picked up at the post office, undeliverable as addressed, or any other buyer-end reason will not be refunded. Within ten (10) days of return delivery, the buyer may request the parcel(s) be resent at the buyer's expense. After ten (10) days the item shall be considered abandoned by the buyer and the seller may relist, resell, or use the product as desired.

All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. Items returned to the seller without the seller's written consent and without a return authorization number from the seller will not be refunded nor returned to the buyer. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error of the seller. Shipping and fees included in the price of the item are considered paid to the carrier on the buyer's behalf by the seller and will not be refunded.
