PAYMENT POLICY
I accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchasing item. I will reimburse any overage on shipping more than $4.00.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on weight, packaging materials, and insurance needed to send items safely from my home to yours. I average USPS Priority rates for shipments to the United States. This includes up to $50 insurance. If your item costs more than $50, I will add insurance for the additional amount. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please email me with photos of the damage so I can file a claim with USPS.
If you have any issues with your purchase, please let me know ASAP so I can work to rectify the situation. My customers are the reason I decided to open a vintage resale business, and it is my full-time job! I am dedicated to providing great items at great prices with fantastic service - you are important to me!
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be offered if items are received damaged (every item is insured with USPS). I take great care in describing each item, including any condition issues. I also take close up photos of any condition issues. Please take time to read the listing and view all of the photos.
I take extra care to package items with several layers of shipping materials to avoid damage. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact me right away so I can begin the claims process with USPS. Please photograph the box with the wrapping supplies and the damaged item and send it to me, as USPS requires at least a photo for the claim. They may also request that you bring the item in the box with the wrapping/shipping materials to complete the claim.
If there are any other issues (you feel item is not as described, etc), please contact me ASAP so I can try to fix the problem.
