PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of purchse. We do accept partial payments and will split up more expensive items into two or four payments if you contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within 1 to 4 days depending on the items. When possible we ship the same day an item is paid for in regards to jewelry, clothing or fabric. Occasionally an item is in our huge storage facility and it might take a few days to locate it. Glassware and pottery involves packing which we do extremely well to guarantee that your item arrives in one piece so that may take up to 5 days. Furniture takes at least a week and possibly more for large items that require freight shipping.

REFUND POLICY
We try and work with our customers in the even of item damage or if there is something we missed in our description. We do not accept returns on clothing/accessories or jewelry as we have had a history of buyers wearing the items and wanting to return them. If you wish to rent an item, we will rent it at 20% to 30% of its value depending on the item. The item must be paid for in full and returned in the same condition it was sent to you in. Any damage will be assessed and additional charges will be incurred. If an item is totally destroyed then you have purchased that item unless it is damaged in transit. In such cases we will file a claim and once the claim is paid, refund your money.
