PAYMENT POLICY
Payments will be made in advance of shipment. No shipments can be made without prior verified payment through either PayPal, flora.bercus@gmail.com

SHIPPING POLICY
All items ship in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. When shipping books, records, sheet music or other heavy media, shipping will be by USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested. All other items will ship UPS Surepost or Ground.
International customers please contact for most up to date pricing.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds and returns accepted, if item is not as described within 14 days of delivery. Please contact for return label.
All other returns are limited to 30 days from mailing. And will be shipped back at customer expense and subject to a $5-15 restocking fee.
Refund will only be issued if item is received back in same condition it shipped in.
