SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policies;
Buyer pays all shipping expense.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders will ship within two (2) business days after payment processing is confirmed. We will contact you if is a delay. Items ship via USPS and/or UPS. Books are shipped via USPS Media mail. Shipping includes postage, handling, and packing materials.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We ship to the address registered to your account. Special shipping arrangements may be made in curtain cases.
International Shipping:
We will ship items outside the USA. Please contact me for international shipping fees.
Items shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Depending on the destination, First Class Mail International may take 2-8 weeks. Please remember custom fees outside of the USA are your responsibility.
Per international regulations, we cannot and will not mark purchases as gifts. We declare the actual value of your shipment. Falsifying customs forms is illegal and can result in your package being confiscated, fines levied and/or other penalties.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and without any warranty. Please make sure to look at the pictures and the item description for details. Please contact me if you have any questions.
All the items we present are vintage or collectables and sold in “as is†condition. I do not accept returns. In the event your purchase arrives in a condition that is different from the item description, please contact me via the web-sites email within 24 hours of arrival. Damage sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Insurance can be purchased separately upon request from the buyer.
Any exceptions to the return policy will be on a case-by-case basis. An item must be in the same condition as when it shipped. Any refund is pending until we receive the returned item, and have verified its condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase the return shipping service. The Seller must return the merchandise in the same manner it was shipped. (I.e. you must use the same box and packing materials). All returns must have a tracking number.
Vintage Items:
All items we sell are vintage and/or collectables. They will have normal age-related wear and will not always be perfect. We do not perform repairs on items and do not accept any liability for repairs or alterations made by a previous owner. We do our best to describe the item in detail. Please read the item description and view the pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description. Please note colors may appear different then the actual product colors.

Vintage items may contain materials that were “considered safe" at the time the item was originally produced. We have no direct knowledge of specific materials used on any vintage item being sold, and as such, assume no responsibility or liability for the vintage materials used on any item.
All items are sold as decorative vintage pieces without any warranty. Due to their age we cannot guarantee that the items are functioning as they supposed to. All use other then decorative is at risk of the buyer. You the Buyer, agree to "hold harmless" the seller for any damage or injuries caused by the product. We assume no responsibility or liability if you, the buyer, use the item in any other way other than that intended by the original manufacturer.
