SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped by FedEx or USPS and Occasionally UPS. Please ensure you have the correct address listed.
Buyer is responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued when all requirements that apply are followed.
1. When requesting a refund you must contact me by email/message or text within 3 days of receiving your items.
2. A refund will be given once we receive the returned item in good condition. (you are responsible for damage during shipping and
taking additional insurance out if necessary to protect yourself.)
2. All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyers.
3. If your item is damaged when you receive it, contact me immediately, do not throw away any boxes etc... and take pictures of
the inside and outside of the box so I can send proof to the shipping company.
