SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping usually takes place within 48 hours of purchase, packages are usually received within one week. (Friday - Sunday Purchases usually ship on Monday. Everything ships USPS.
(We have no control over USPS delays)
If for some unexpected reason there will be a delay on our end, you will be promptly informed.
We will combine multiple purchases when we can. Fragile & breakable items might ship separately.
We do not offer International shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns however,
Issues and or Problems with your purchase will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Just contact us, we are happy to help.
If a refund request is granted:
Notification must be made within 3 days of receipt of package for a refund. Package return must be received within 7 days. Refunds will be made when confirmation of shipment & tracking number are received (Buyer pays for return shipping)
If an item is lost or stolen during shipment, Prompt notice is required. After tracking information is researched the Purchase Price will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, Contact us within 3 days with a photo (Required) of the damage including the packaging. A refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be issued.
