Our names are Heidi & Hannah and we run Nachokitty. Our estate liquidation business is run in the mountains of Northern California surrounded by smart children, 45 chickens, 3 dogs and 6 barn cats.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Paypal, money orders and long term payment layaway plans. Just contact us with your preferred payment plan.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via Fed Ex, USPS, UPS and via a personal freight shipper. We can rush out shipments for those last minute events and also mail items directly to your recipient. Just ask!
REFUND POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction if the item you receive is grossly misrepresented. We'll pay the return shipping if that occurs. If you've just changed your mind, then we will take it back but you'll need to cover the return shipping and insurance.
