PAYMENT POLICY
Payment will be through Paypal.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. is used solely for completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. We do not use this information to compile a mailing list, nor do we sell the information. Once your order is shipped, your order information is retained only for our business purposes.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping:
Domestic Shipping is done by USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail, if possible. and USPS and UPS for heavier glass items. I will send an email to advise on a method of shipping and tracking information. I include insurance with all items.
I insure all orders.
I DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA.
REFUND POLICY
Returns:
SELECTIONS BY SUSAN HAS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY IF RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Please email susan@selectionsbysusan.net We do recommend however that you ship it back via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. This is done at www.usps.com. As soon as we receive your order (in its originally shipped condition), you will receive a full refund less the amount originally paid for shipping. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. We do not accept returns after fourteen days.
