The store name "Seren" is the Welsh language word for "Star" which is the name of my beautiful pug dog and "Collectables" is Engish for the Amerian word "Collectibles". I am passionate about Antique, Vintage and Retro items especially if they are hand-crafted.

Everything for sale on this site is genuine and the pictures are of the actual item for sale. The item descriptions are comprehensive and honest.

All card payments are processed through PayPal. In some situations, a direct bank transfer may be acceptable. All purchases will be shipped after payment clearance.

REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that your purchase does not match the listing description or is damaged/lost during transit, a refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of receipt of said item. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the original paperwork.
