Welcome to my store! I'm so glad you're here! The items I am selling are all from my grandparent's estate. I inherited the home they built and their belongings, and these sales will help me pay for the needed improvements I've already made. The picture on my profile is the home before, and after the exterior transformation. I want to respect their memory and efforts by putting all of the income from these sales back into preserving the legacy they worked so hard to create. I will grow old and die here, just as they did, and I'll leave it to my children, just as they did for me. PAYMENT POLICY
I accept Paypal, Venmo, Cash and Checks (local), and all major cards through Square. Item will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. I guarantee confirmation of shipment within 3 business days, or shipping is free,
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs will be the actual postage plus insurance. I've collected boxes and packing material to reuse to eliminate any extra costs. I charge only what it costs for postage, I don't charge for "handling".
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. My items will be packaged for shipping with the utmost care. Damage during shipping will be covered by postal insurance. Every effort will be made for customer satisfaction, within reason.
