I ship USPS Priority Mail for most items. We are not responsible for items after they have been delivered to the post office and it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the postal service. If by chance an item is broken please keep the receipt and the original packaging to show proof. I can refer you to the web-site or the claims form is available at your local post office.
