Off the chart vintage couture strapless bustier lace dress and matching bolero jacket adorned with sequins and beads. The fabric is a fabulous highly raised black on black brocade. Everything about this outfit is perfection from the styling to the scalloped lace appliques. he previous owner cut out the tags but this was a couture piece. It is about a size 4/6 and measures: dress - bust 34, waist 28, hips 39, length 30. Jacket - shoulders 17, sleeves 22 1/2, around bust 35, length 14. Gown came from a socialite from Palm Beach who wears a lot of dresses to one event then puts them in the back of a closet.
