Would look Gorgeous in you Eames Era or Dorothy Draper drawing room, sitting room, living room... and the curvy lines are the Perfect romantic shape for your bedroom, too... approx. measurements: 12' long (total, both pieces) x 33" deep x 26 3/4" high {keep in mind that the sofa curves, so it does not go across 12' of straight wall space which means that it can work well in smaller spaces, too, as photos show} condition: i would describe it as very good/almost perfect for her age- she is almost 60 years old! Good bones, solid structure; upon inspection, there is a small blemish {rip that has been touched up with fabric paint} on top, near the back- about an inch long- it kind-of blends in... a reupholstorer take care of it, if desired- it is not necessary to get this fixed, as it is not too noticeable, just a matter of preference... as photos show, she is evenly + slightly faded across the top of the back, and the back of the piece- 'honest wear' which i think only adds to her age and charm and, sort of gives it an ombre look, like it's supposed to be this way. near the rounded end part, one of the legs has been replaced at some point, so it's not the original one {you can't tell this by just looking at the sofa so i never noticed it before, but my husband just told me this and i wanted to be honest} please note that the above mentioned do not deter, in my opinion, but are mentioned for accuracy and it is priced accordingly. this piece is priced at less than half it's worth. it has recently been steam-cleaned and comes from a smokeless/petless home. use as is- already a great look w/ great lines- or recover for a fresh, new, sleek look- a soft gray would be incredible {see last photos!}- i went into an upholstery shop and was quoted about US $400.00. to have it recovered, just FYI.
